Due to rapid growth and in line with our global expansion, we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our vibrant team in Melbourne.

The Office Administrator will have key responsibilities in the areas of general administrative support.

The Office Administrator will also be responsible for:

- Daily invoicing
- Meeting minutes taking
- Entering sales as required if applicable
- Entering payments
- Liaising with transport companies and distributors
- Responding to public enquiries
- Account reconciliation
- In assistance to external accountant when required
- Miscellaneous direct from management

And other tasks as reasonably required.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1yrs + experience in administration duties
- 1yrs + MS Office Suite experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher qualification highly desired
- Must be fluent in English

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
