Oz Garage Doors is a growing Australian-owned garage door retailer / installer based in Carrum Downs. We are a small, tight-knit team and are looking for a key individual to support our business growth.

**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to become the backbone of our daily operations. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will play a crucial part in our business, from the initial customer inquiry right through to final order dispatch. Initially this will be a part time position growing to a full time role for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- **Invoicing & Quoting**: Prepare, manage, and follow up on all customer quotes and invoices.
- **Order Management**: Process and schedule customer orders, and manage inventory and supplier orders.
- **Bookkeeping support** - Bank reconciliations and MYOB management
- **Follow-up & Accounts**: Manage warranty claims and assist with basic accounts administration.
- **Online Presence**: Create, Maintain and update our business profile across our website, Facebook, Instagram, and eBay store.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
