**The Company**

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.

**The Role**

As the **QA Administrator **reporting directly to the Project Quality Manager for the West Musgrave Project, you will provide support to the QA/QC Project team based in our Ascot office and adhoc visits to site located approximately 1,300km north-east of Perth Western Australia.

**The QA Administrator is responsible for**:

- Managing project registers and tracking tools
- Organizing International Inspections using approved inspection companies
- Managing Vendor Inspection Reports
- Registering MDR’s against each vendor packages
- Maintaining Vendor ITP’s
- Liaising with key personnel on site to ensure the integrity of the quality systems is being maintained
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Document Control as required
- Other QA/QC related support as required

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in a similar role on a remote mining construction site
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous exposure to quality and document control systems in the construction industry
- National Police Clearance
