We have been appointed by a national building contractor to source a Project Coordinator / Junior Contracts Administrator for their Perth office. Working on new build and fitout building projects to $50m, you will work within a team of circa 30 staff, with career progression to become a Contract Administrator under the guidance and training of a Project Manager.

As the Project Coordinator / Junior Contracts Administrator, you will have a varied hybrid role including but not limited to RFI process, quality QA/QC, site instructions, document control, technical and safety documentation, shop drawing revisions and contracts administration. This varied exposure and training will provide the Project Coordinator / Junior Contracts Administrator with valuable experience where their career should then be on track towards becoming a well-rounded Contract Administrator or Senior Project Coordinator in the near future.

To be considered for this Project Coordinator / Junior Contracts Administrator role you need to satisfy the following criteria:

- Tertiary educated in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor
- 1 - 3 years commercial building or civils experience
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer or Junior Contract Administrator working for a Tier 1, 2 or 3 Contractor
- Recent University Graduates with experience will be considered
- Australian Working Rights
- Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks

Salary guide $100 - 120k pkg (commensurate with experience)
