**QA/QC Administrator**
- Due to ongoing success, UGL has an exciting opportunity for a
**QA/QC Administrator** to work on a large construction project in WA. This will be offered on a 5/2 Monday-Friday roster and accommodation will be provided.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be a key member of the project team and will provide administration support to the QA/QC and Engineering team, ensuring all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

**About the role**
- Managing of all Quality and Engineering documentation and registers
- Managing and scheduling walkdowns and inspections
- Managing test equipment
- Maintain Policies and procedures
- Update audit schedules and ensure compliance with the Quality Management systems to ISO 9001
- Booking walkdowns, sending invites and managing schedules

**About you**
- Proficient in accessing Document Management Systems
- Previous experience as a QA Administrator is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Developed analytical and planning skills
- Intermediate MS Office and relevant computer systems knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good organisational skills
