**About the company**

**Role summary**

20 month fixed-term-contract with a permanent opportunity to proactively contribute the ongoing Commercial Advisory area that sits within the FP&A division. Essentially this role helps senior leaders across the organisation to make sure the decision making is correct. The team's focus is the gather as much information from the necessary stakeholders to ensure that all avenues has been explored before a decision has been made. Current initiatives across the organisation channels through this team/division before getting implemented.

**About the role**
- Financial modelling (Advanced, preferably building models from scratch)
- Preparing business cases
- Supporting Seniors within the team on implementing and recommending insights for the institution's strategies
- Information gathering with both finance & non-finance functions in order to help with decision making
- Analysis of key drivers of performance to deliver on relevant strategy
- Preparation and presentation of management reports for the executive management and the board of commercial advisory team
- Contribute as required to the successful delivery of, and execution towards finance improvement initiatives

**Must have**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post-tertiary qualifications
- Good Story Teller and Good Articulation of relevant information
- Inquisitive Mind which is beneficial for information gathering
- CA or CPA qualified or international equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial information

- PeopleSoft, Hyperion & PowerBI
