Product Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require a Product Analyst to join our ICT team, based in our Barangaroo Office.
The Product Analyst is a key member of the Customer Products team and works cross-functionally to gather requirements, define user stories, identify product opportunities and offer recommendations for future improvements. The role will work closely with Marketing, Product development teams and internal Customers to facilitate successful demand definition, creation and generation.

- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to prioritize work based on business and customer value-
- Contribute to product ideation and strategy sessions, offering insights, experience and ideas to inspire new and better solutions-
- Support discovery exercises such as customer research and analysis-
- Input into the product roadmap and update stakeholders on key deliverables-
- Participate in the user acceptance testing and release of products to internal and external customersAbout you
Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be experienced in defining requirements for digital products using Content Management Systems (experience with Optimizely/Episerver would be a bonus). You will also be adept at research, collation, analysis and development of requirements for Agile teams. The role will rely on your product
- mindset and you will be a structured problem solver, developing and implementing improvements.
