An opportunity is available to join a reputable telco organisation known for their great work culture and flexible working, on an initial 6-month contract.

**Your new role**

As the Data Analyst supporting the sales teams, you will be responsible for enhancing the segmentation and targeting strategy with a focus on the respective verticals. This includes looking at data around customer contracts and how to retain contracts by looking at the data and insights. Based on these insights and details, you will:

- Analyse, clean, transform, validate, and model data to drive the current strategy
- Provide operational support for reporting and analytics activities including developing and publishing new weekly and monthly Metrics and Performance reports
- Preparation and validation of internal reporting presenting conclusions gained from analysing data, including segment targeting, campaign opportunities, and channel efficiency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst role, Marketing / Insights Analyst roles having worked with sales teams are highly regarded
- Extensive experience in building data dashboards and/or analysing large data sets to solve problems.
- Highly experienced in SQL and Teradata. Experience in Python is a bonus.
- Highly experienced in data visualisation using modern BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Excel
