We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Administration Officer professional at our Rangers Office, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. **What impact will you make?**
- Hold suitable qualifications in office administration or relevant areas is desirable.
- High level of secretarial and general administration experience
- Experience and/or working knowledge of various structures of Local Government
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with others and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent computer literacy with confidence to operate across several online systems.
- Outstanding time management, planning and organisational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong office administration skills including a high level of proficiency using computer packages to manage information effectively and produce documentation and reports
- Basic financial administration skills including understanding of budgets and accounts
- Accurate and efficient typing abilities
- Ability to prepare various correspondence including reports, letters and memos

**The finer details**

This permanent part-time (30 hours per week) Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $70,866 - $76,641 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
