**About the role**

Do you want to work for a company that genuinely cares about its customers? Does the idea of selling something with genuine value to your customers appeal to you?

Foundr is looking for experienced Sales Reps to drive student enrolments for our online courses which help new and upcoming entrepreneurs start and grow businesses. You will be joining the inside sales team leader as the first sales reps. The primary aim of this role is to increase sales via outbound phone sales, you will also be joining at a time where you can contribute to the sales process.

Customer service is paramount to this role as you will be the first point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries. You will be a seasoned relationship marketer, with a large focus on actively developing and maintaining long-term relationships. This is not a cold-calling role You will be speaking to potential students who have expressed a genuine interest in one of our products already

The role will be based at Foundr's newly renovated Headquarters in South Yarra (just off Chapel St.). We have customers and communities all over the world (predominantly the US), so this role offers flexibility in working hours.

**Requirements**:

- Drive revenue and ultimately forge long-term relationships with our potential customers and students.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build potential customers pipeline, establish need and fit, and arrange product discovery calls.
- Qualifying and following up on inbound leads from webinars, web inquiries, demonstration requests, content downloads, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore & offshore) to ensure product improvement, knowledge transfer, and improving process/customers relationship.

**About you**
- Minimum five (5) years of phone sales experience with direct response marketing experience.
- Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations.
- Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
- CRM software experience for prospects, sales opportunities, and customer planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- High focus on team collaboration
- Ability to navigate and manage time in an ambiguous fast paced environment
- Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management
