**About the Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a driven **Sales Representative** to join our growing team at **Meson Agency**. This role is purely focused on **new business acquisition**. You’ll be responsible for selling our high-performing services to prospective clients, booking qualified meetings, and closing deals.
Your mission? Get the Meson name in front of more decision-makers and show them why Australia’s leading brands trust us to power their customer engagement.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Present and pitch Meson Agency’s services to business owners and decision-makers
- Book discovery and demo meetings with qualified leads
- Close new client deals and hand them over to the onboarding team
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide feedback to our marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and messaging
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1+ years of sales experience (ideally in B2B, SaaS, or service-based businesses)
- A self-starter with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Clear communicator who’s confident on the phone and in meetings
- Competitive, energetic, and driven to win
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and keep moving with confidence
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience selling into the real estate, property development, or professional services space
- Familiarity with AI-driven services or marketing tech

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
