We're on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Admin Assistant to join our EZConcept Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who's organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound sales calls, manage follow-ups, and provide the behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound Inside Sales calls — helping customers or directing queries to the right team member.
  • Send out follow-up emails.
  • Keep customer information and project details accurate and up to date.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Inside Sales team.
  • Maintain communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and maintaining efficient processes.
