We are a multi-cultural organisation who pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations which enable clients to remain living independently in their own homes. We are seeking a **full time Recruitment Officer** to recruit and onboard new home care workers. Experience in the home care industry is not required. You will be a self-motivated “people person”, an excellent communicator and have strong organisational and attention to detail skills. **You will have a qualification in HR (Minimum Cert IV)** and ideally experience in recruitment and on-boarding new staff. Training will be provided and there is an opportunity for future professional growth. This position is **suitable for a new graduate with a qualification in HR.** To be successful in this role you will have: - Knowledge and understanding of staff recruitment and on-boarding processes - Be a self-motivated people person with a "can do" attitude - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - Good organisational skills including excellent attention to detail - Good computer skills including MS suite of products - An ability to speak another language is highly regarded You will need to be a permanent Australian resident, have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain), open Australian Drivers Licence. You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza. **Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Salary packaging Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Certificate I - IV (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
