Aquatech Solutions is a Karcher retail showroom and repair centre. We are a family owned total cleaning solutions provider, addressing new equipment requirements, ongoing maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment.

You will be part of a 4 person customer service/sales team in the retail showroom/office/workshop/warehouse. Our customers range from moms and pops to tradies to big corporations.

We are seeking a person with strong office admin skills (80% typing/data entry) and keen interest in customer service. Extensive job specific training will be provided but you must have experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
SHOWROOM
- check-in machines for repairs in our workshop
- product demonstrations
- schedule field jobs for technicians
- quote repairs to customers
- take payments (cash, eftpos)

ADMIN AND GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
- data entry (80% of role, mainly numerical)
- processing Quotes, Orders and Invoices in MYOB
- completing paperwork that collects and records relevant customer details
- booking couriers and postage of customer orders
- assist with filing of both electronic and hard copy documents
- invoicing completed works

WAREHOUSE
- pick and pack orders
- manual handling of machines & parts upto 10kgs

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- knowledge of MYOB, Excel, Word and Outlook
- good data entry skills
- professional and friendly phone manner
- exceptional communication skills (oral and written English)
- ability to work unsupervised in a hectic environment
- Forklift driving (preferred)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- Proven prior customer service experience

Salary negotiable depending on skills.
