**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In this full time position in our Contact Centre Team, you'll be at the forefront of creating a positive and empathetic experience for our customers. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide positive, empathetic, and professional service to our customers.
- Educate our customers on products and services available.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of our customers.
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions and be solutions oriented.

**ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Excellent customer service skills with an empathetic approach.
- A proactive individual with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes.
