**About the Opportunity**

A unique opportunity to join a passionate and growing design team to bring to life world class store environments that reflect each brand’s strategic direction. As the Endeavour portfolio continues to evolve with the ever changing market, these roles are pivotal in leading the delivery of each brand’s newly formulated design concepts through to the built environment, across both new build and existing stores.

As the Designer, you’ll be responsible for being the design gate keeper on all new builds and existing stores, and will drive all aspects of the design coordination and delivery process.

**A day in the life of a Designer at Endeavour**:

- Lead the upfront planning, design delivery and coordination for all new, renewal and acquired stores for Dan Murphy’s and BWS, implementing the strategic vision through brand expression and communications, site flow, drive propositions, architectural and interior design.
- Produce design packages (site plans, store plans, elevations and 3D walkthroughs) for both the external and internal that provide a comprehensive design proposal in line with the brief provided and the relevant brand Format Masterplan and Blueprint, with exploration of various design options as required to ensure best outcome for the retail environment.
- Lead the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, with an awareness of the balance required between aesthetic, standards, construction and cost influences
- Identify risks and develop bespoke design solutions as required by stores that provide challenges outside of the Standard Format Masterplan and Blueprints.
- Provide design expertise and support throughout the project life cycle of retail design projects
- Engage with the broader Format Development team including, marketing, merchandising and space to ensure alignment to each store design.
- Present all store concepts to the broader internal teams at the relevant forums, with presentations to the brand leadership teams as required.
- Collaborate and manage external consultants for coordination of the design documentation stage by working closely with architectural partners on each project, setting expectations regarding deliverables and programs to ensure the preparation of high-quality project documentation, integration of structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final documentation packages.
- Attend on site design and construction meetings as required.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in directing design documentation; leading package documentation, technical drawing and writing specifications as required.
- Tertiary qualifications within Architecture, Interior Design or related design discipline
- A minimum of 3 years design experience in managing/leading mid to large scale projects
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD competency
- Strong design and project management skills
- Excels in stakeholder and relationship management both internal and external
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant BCA and Australian Standards
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
