Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the position will be located in Singleton NSW. As Service Support Officer you are the direct point of contact working with our customers, vendors, field engineers leadership team & store person's to provide a outstanding level of service support & coordination. Your responsibilities
- Rostering and Scheduling of Service Mining team
- Liaising with Customers and Field Service Engineers
- Timesheet management & approval
- Preparing of Billing Instruction
- Quoting approval and amendments
- Management of Customer Mine Care Agreements
- Preparing of Purchase Orders
- Ad hoc administration and general office duties
Your background
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce preferred but not essential
- Ability to multi-task & prioritise
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and friendly nature
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
