Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Moorebank, NSW 2170
- Overseeing the strategic planning and continuous improvement of office operations to support seamless facility management services.
- Managing workforce allocation, including staff scheduling, workspace organisation, and resource distribution to optimise efficiency.
- Supervising administrative personnel, monitoring task execution, and providing guidance to enhance team performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Serving as the primary liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
- Overseeing procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and operational tools to support daily activities.
- Enforcing workplace health, safety, and compliance standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Ensuring all administrative and operational activities align with government legislation and corporate requirements.
- Managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training coordination, and staff performance evaluations.
**About you**:
- **Experience & Expertise**: Proven background in office management, administration, or operations within facility services or a related industry. Strong knowledge of compliance, workplace health & safety, and industry regulations.
- **Leadership & Coordination**: Ability to manage teams, oversee workforce scheduling, and streamline office operations for efficiency.
- **Administrative & Financial Management**: Skilled in record-keeping, invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement.
- **HR & Compliance**: Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- **Communication & Problem-Solving**: Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management systems.
- **Personal Attributes**: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a professional and results-driven approach.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
