About the role

  • Full time 38hrs a week

  • Business hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

  • Providing a high level of customer experience via inbound calls live chat and tickets.
  • Providing a high level of customer service face-to-face for walk-ins and click & collect customers.
  • Provide our customers with support and troubleshooting.
  • Providing the team with new ideas/suggestions in relation to marketing, sales, and service
  • Office located in Moorebank, NSW 2170
