We’re recruiting exclusively for an established retail business known for its premium products and loyal customer base in the fitness industry. They’re now looking for a **Data & E-Commerce Coordinator** to join their digital team.

This hybrid Adelaide-based role offers flexibility (most days from home) and the chance to work alongside a smart, pragmatic team that values outcomes over micromanagement.

The role reports directly to both the **Digital Manager** and **General Manager**, with ongoing guidance and mentorship provided primarily by the Digital Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate product listings across Shopify & Lightspeed
- Manage seasonal bulk uploads from brand partners (Asics, Nike, etc.)
- Troubleshoot e-com issues, support stores with orders, refunds, and queries
- Recommend and implement improvements to current processes

**About You**:

- You’ve worked with Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar e-commerce tools
- You’re analytical, reliable, and thrive in well-structured systems
- You love getting the detail right and solving operational challenges
- You're proactive and happy to support different stores and teams when needed
- Bonus if you’re into fitness
