Cheil is looking for a passionate web producer to join our fast growing Digital Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for a web producer to play a pivotal role in the development of the agency’s e-commerce and digital marketing capabilities and hone their skills working for our current client, a Global leader in Consumer Electronics. As a web production coordinator, you will support the client’s online retail operations in order to increase conversion and ROI.

Sitting in the Digital Experience team, reporting to the Digital Production Manager, this role will share responsibility for project delivery from inception through to development. The role will require you to assist with scoping, specs, project management and delivery of medium-to-long-term web development projects across digital and ecommerce for our key clients.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage day-to-day updates on the web using a content management system (CMS)
- Develop, create, and deploy web pages and related assets across the site
- Partner with internal clients in the planning and scheduling of work
- Partner with external clients in the solving of bugs or other roadblocks
- Edit and proofread a variety of content types for the website, ensuring it meets style, tone, digital quality standards, as well as reflecting the client brand
- Build microsites and landing pages; using staging sites (QA) to gather stakeholder feedback
- Maintain, update, and build public webpages and campaigns and contribute to the development of website content to a high standard including accessibility, responsiveness and usability.
- Conduct user acceptance testing as required across projects and solutions being implemented, drive effective use of digital and website optimisation tools and conduct web analytics reporting
- Execute page content audits, identify issues, UX improvements and liaise with client to implement updates
- Manage Product catalogue updates and performance for our e-commerce clients with a focus on CRO (conversion rate optimisation)

**About You**
- 1+ years experience publishing content using a CMS platforms (AEM or similar enterprise-level system)
- Working knowledge and basic understanding of HTML, CSS
- Demonstrated experience managing web projects or operational tasks from planning to delivery
- Experience in designing solutions and delivering relevant, accurate digital specifications such as wireframes, site maps and content design
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas
- Ability to operate with agile/sprint mindset and practices in collaboration within our digital and project teams using workflow platforms such as Jira, Confluence and Asana
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and be pro-active
- Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
