Project Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a Residential -Medium Density Home Builder
- WFH Hybrid Opportunity
- Salary $90,000 Plus Super up to $100k Based on relative experience

Your new company

A trusted residential home building, Medium density Planning, Design & Build, known for developing homes of impressive quality and value. You will have big shoes to fill, previous project coordinator is within the business and will moving onto another role, you will join a close knit team, a supportive workplace culture, and join a stable and ever-growing company

Your new role

You will have ideally worked within the medium density space.

You will be the Senior Project coordinator, responsible for everything from pre-site, on-site, workflow management, permits, setting targets. You will swiftly manage and lead a team of 6 to success, have the ability to naturally problem solve.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Managing a job workflow, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time
- From pre-site administration, HIA contracts, capture changes and variations
- HIA - Preparing documentation for review and signing
- Obtain finance approval and land settlement confirmation

What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role will lead you to success as will:

- Construction administration experience
- Have worked within Medium density space
- Relevant construction tertiary education is desirable
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Five-star customer service skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
