**The Company**:
Our client are a multifaceted company that operates across a range of construction projects from residential living to thriving retail, commercial properties and precincts, critical early education and childcare.

Within their homes division alone they turn over $200M of projects each year. Operating across medium-density, with projects ranging from knockdown rebuild to Large multi-unit developments. They also offer more traditional “retail” House and land packages.

**The Role**:

- Local Construction knowledge essential
- The role would be working within a team of experienced ArchiCAD users
- Working drawings including relevant construction details as programmed;
- Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage;
- Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflect any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements;
- Prioritising and delivery of conflicting deadlines and deliverables
- Reporting to the Drafting Manager;
- Work closely with internal departments;

**Skills & Experience**:

- over 4 years experience working for a residential builder
- Experience in residential drafting of medium-density townhouses essential.
- Must be proficient in ArchiCAD software
- Great attitude - looking to learn,
- Good knowledge of Rescode, NCC, Building Regs,
- Strong time management skills
- An understanding of Design and Construction
