**The Company**
Long established in the Australian Medium Density / Townhouse construction sector since the early 2,000s, this Builder /Developer is enjoying a strong pipeline of work that will see them through the next 2 years.

You’ll be joining a team of forward-thinking innovators, driven by their reputation for producing quality work. They work with Blue Chip developers with a strong bank balance, thus providing certainty around stability for our client.

**The Role**
To ensure the provision of accurate and timely Estimates to suit the needs of the business on all projects to ensure required margins and profitability targets are met. To be responsible for the overall performance of the estimating team.

Reporting straight to the Directors you’ll have complete autonomy in this role and your team of Estimators include half based in the office and also a team based in Vietnam. Head office is in the South-east, close to the Monash Freeway. There is an opportunity to mix your week up between office and working from home.

**Essential Experience**
- Minimum Diploma of Building or similar
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior BOQ Estimating role
- Strong knowledge of residential construction
- Excellent interpersonal skills & verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate a team approach and willingness to ‘help’
