Starling Services are urgently looking for **_Defect Manager _**in the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity

**Mandatory Requirement-**
- **Manage a defect process across product vendor**:

- **5+ Years of Experience**:

- **Support the teams across a parallel test execution plan between internal, vendor and External Customer testing.**:

- **Smart proactive issue resolving of complex problems**:

- **Good jira skills**:

- **Able to turn data into information and drive actions to resolve issues**:

- **Good data/ reporting skills eg heat maps and defect hot spots**:

- **Negotiation skills and able to present for different audience levels from testers to C suite**:

- **Process and tool uplift as required - Provide advice on improving the process and able to uplift Jira as needed**
