Our client, a leading real estate corporation, is seeking an experienced Head of Defects & Claims to spearhead their defects and claims management function from their Sydney CBD office.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of defect identification, claims processing, and risk mitigation across the property portfolio. You will develop and implement policies that ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage claims in collaboration with contractors, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
