Our client, a leading real estate corporation, is seeking an experienced Head of Defects & Claims to spearhead their defects and claims management function from their Sydney CBD office.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of defect identification, claims processing, and risk mitigation across the property portfolio. You will develop and implement policies that ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage claims in collaboration with contractors, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate defects and claims management, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will partner with internal teams and external parties to uphold quality standards and protect asset value.

Key responsibilities include:
