Our client is a leading East coast property group who have close to $10bil of projects to be delivered across high rise resi, mixed use, commercial and retail and due to this growth they have an immediate requirement for a Defects Manager to join the group.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Building Defects Manager role and or Project Management role with strong experience with defects with a leading builder or developer.
- Ability to setup systems and processes.
- Experience working with both subcontractors and tenants
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Fantastic people/communication skills - written and verbal to build relationships

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
