Job Details:
Job Summary: This position is responsible for programming, picking and packing of complex installation kits for field technicians and other resources for optimum efficiency in responding to field requests and to contribute to the achievement for contractual KPI/SLA targets being achieved.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Installation team to ensure efficient coordination and dispatch of Installation kits into the field
- Ensure all devices are loaded with the appropriate firmware or software updates as required
- Recording of serial numbers into service database
- Asset tagging and recording
- Escalate to the Team Leader situations of significance in a timely manner, effectively liaise and engage in productive work relationships with other team members, supervisor, internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of data captured for fault management, preventative maintenance and reporting
- Work as a team member supporting the Installations team to ensure customer satisfaction

Minimum Job Requirements:
Skills/Experience/Knowledge

Essential:

- Interpersonal skills, such as telephone skills, communication skills and active listening
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of data
- Technical awareness with the ability to complete software uploading to required devices.
- Physically fitness
- Excellent service skills and well developed communication skills

Desirable:

- Comprehensive computer and operating system knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
