Resourcing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join our People team, based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley. This role is available on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the key responsibilities of this position include:

- Coordinate pre-employment screening processes including reference checks, document collection, police checks, and medical checks.
- Draft contracts, position descriptions and associated documents.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the completion and filing of necessary documentation and communications.
- Coordinate and represent BESIX Watpac at careers, university and associated industry events.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

- Previous experience providing recruitment support.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships with a particularly strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level administrative and organisational skills.
