**Your prospective position**:
As the HR Coordinator, you will be overseeing the Human Resources (HR) function and providing essential support in various other aspects of the business, including health and safety, compliance, and promotion & marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and improve employee feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
- Enhance the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain and update company and employee data, including job descriptions, contracts, licenses, training records, and Health & Safety documentation.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating events and functions.
- Provide guidance and support to management in employee performance management, including coordinating reviews and supporting the creation of improvement plans.
- Identify opportunities for employee growth and development, coordinating development plans, training, and coaching.
- Review and update HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant legislation.
- Promote and facilitate workplace initiatives such as an Employee Wellness Program.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities, from attracting talent to finalizing appointments.

**Qualifications for Success**:

- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience in either an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role.
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of administration tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of HR services.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and timely advice to the management team.
- Proven HR Administration skills, demonstrating proficiency in implementing efficient processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and Employment Hero software.
