**_Come and help Melbourne Airport implement our new HCM platform 12-month fixed-term contract._**

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join us in the role of HR Projects Lead. In this position, you are going to play an integral role in the implementation of our HCM platform over the next 12 months.

This role will be responsible for taking the PX (People Experience) teams vision for an HCM and defining it for the Technology project team, also acting as an interface with internal and external stakeholders as required for the success of the project.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain the vision for the HCM project
- Review and own the requirements and user stories, setting priorities as required
- Work collaboratively as part of the project team
- Review and contribute to the scope of work
- Coordinate and participate in the request for proposal process and system demonstrations including system evaluation
- Communicate decision points, risks and outcomes to the People Experience team in a timely manner, escalating issues as they arise
- Consider dependencies of other departments within Melbourne Airport
- Be instrumental in coordinating the change management and training plan, balancing needs to the business with those of the project and enabling the rollout
- Oversee any self-configuration activities with the People Experience team, in line with business needs
- Understand and coordinate the mapping of current vs future state processes and benefits identification
- Previous experience in an HR operational role and will have worked across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Strong experience with HR systems (implementation projects desirable)
- Ability to communicate well between business and technology
- Self-starter, ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
