We are seeking a high performing HR Projects Leader, to lead, manage and oversee the HR Project Management Office (PMO), leading a small team to coordinate and execute HR projects. You will be responsible for delivering major HR system implementations, including Workday (HRM, Compensation, Talent, Absence), payroll outsourcing, and ServiceNow.

Your role involves planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, oversee system architecture, manage data migration, and ensure business readiness.

Additionally, you will develop and implement change management strategies to support HR and business teams in adopting new processes and technologies. Leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, you will drive improvements in HR service delivery and optimize operational efficiency.

To be a success in this role your experience and skills will include:
- Experience: 15+ years in HR Operations, including 10+ years in project management and 5+ years implementing HRIS solutions.- HR Technology Expertise: Proven experience in Workday (HRM, compensation, talent and absence), UKG, Payroll Systems (Asia & ANZ), and ServiceNow implementations and managing all system interfaces- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple HR projects simultaneously.- Stakeholder & Change Management Experience: Comfortable engaging with senior HR and business leaders to drive project success.- Process Improvement Mindset: Ability to analyze HR workflows, identify efficiencies, and implement best practices.- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proactive approach to resolving challenges and ensuring project success.- Understanding of HR policies and procedures in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia
