We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner. The role requires a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive organisational success.

Key areas the HR Business Partner will influence include:

- Partner with business leaders to identify HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, coaching managers, and recommending solutions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, talent development, and other HR-related topics.
- Partner with talent acquisition specialists to identify talent needs and support the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and HR team members.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
