**Daimler Trucks Laverton** are seeking a customer centric **Service Advisor/ Administrator** to join our high performing team on a permanent, full-time basis

As an integral member of our Service department, you will be responsible for overseeing all service and recall bookings for our customers. You will work closely with your team members and technicians to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and a positive experience from our department.

**About The Role**:

- Booking in upcoming or overdue services for our customers
- Following up on recalls and scheduling repairs
- Providing quotes and expected timeframes to customers
- Providing general administration assistance to the team

- Demonstrated knowledge of service agreements and recalls
- Service driven ethic with the ability to understand and help our customers
- Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
