About the role

About You
We're looking for someone who's passionate about learning, has an inquisitive mind, and is excited by the challenge of developing training programs that make an impact
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you'll support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning content that builds skills across the business. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and Managers to ensure the best quality training for the K&S Corporation
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and refining existing learning to improve the learner experience
- Support the maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Supporting succession planning and career development initiatives
- Designing eLearning and in-person programs tailored to operational needs
- Keeping current on best practices in instructional design and L&D trends
- Coordinating projects including coaching, mentoring, and performance programs
- Consistently keep managers informed and up to date on training progress and developments
- Manage administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and instructional design tools. Cornerstone experience desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to drive strong learner engagement across diverse audiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Recognised as the go-to person for all training related needs and support
- Proactively seek opportunities to refine, update, and improve learning content and delivery
- Comfortable managing administrative work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Background in learning and development is required. A bachelor's degree in business, TAE Cert IV qualification or similar qualifications is desirable but not essential
- Experience in animation programs is highly desirable
