Reporting to the National Implementation and Sales Support Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative and support functions for the branch including the following: - Co-ordinate and attend branch meetings and ensure all company policies and procedures updates are communicated clearly through the branch. - Event management such as aiding with trade shows, organising branch events, and training, and managing catering requirements. - Be responsible to build a culture within the branch aligning with our business vision and values. - Consult with the facilities team for building maintenance and repairs as needed. - Coordinate safety inspections to ensure compliance requirements are met. - General administration tasks such as ordering stationery and supplies. - Co-ordinate and prepare New Starter Induction for all new employees. - Supply systems training to all New Starters and ongoing to existing employees. - Added ad hoc tasks as delegated by the National Implementation and Sales Support Manager. **More about you** The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes: - Ability to work within a team environment - Excellent verbal and written communication - Previous experience or exposure using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). - Highly organised and able to provide the dedication to meet tight deadlines at times - A keen eye for detail - Ability to work well autonomously and resourcefully - Ability to think outside the box and a sense of ownership - A pro-active "can-do" attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks **More about COS** When you join COS you’ll be working for a growing business servicing many of Australia’s most well recognised companies and government agencies.
