As a Project Administrator at Amity Homes Australia Pty Ltd you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of project-related activities.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, ensuring information flows seamlessly within the team and with external partners.
- Budget Tracking: Collaborate with the finance team to track project expenses and maintain budget records.
- Coordination: Assist in coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other relevant records.
- Permitting and Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Project Scheduling: Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of construction phases.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services needed for construction projects.
- Change Order Management: Assist in managing change orders, ensuring that modifications to the project are accurately documented and communicated.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
