Site Administration & Capability Coordinator
, to join our team and play a crucial role in our new purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and mega distribution centre in Melbourne's West.

How You Will Contribute
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient site operations

  • Sorting and managing/distributing inbound mail and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory of consumables, uniforms etc to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Supporting internal events and large meetings/visits (catering, access passes, room set up etc)
  • Acting as the site purchaser, supporting with E2E purchasing requests
  • Data entry and file management

Capability/Training:

  • Conduct and support capability assessments
  • Partner with leaders to organise and schedule training for core team members across Warehouse and Copack
  • Update and champion the utilisation of the site skill matrix
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
  • Partner with operations team to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure training compliance

  • Experience in training coordinator/administrator role
  • Valid forklift licence (high reach advantageous)
  • Safety-first mindset
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, taking a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Solution minded; collaborative team player
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exposure to SAP/EQCMS/Safety systems
  • Cert 4 Training & Assessment or related course/certificate completion (advantageous)
