**Your opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Facilities Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and services to Aruma’s property portfolio.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Officer you will be responsible for responding to stakeholder requests for property services ensuring these are delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner, and in accordance with required standards, legislative frameworks, and best practice procedures.
You have the flexibility to work from any of Aruma's offices in Reservoir, Geelong, Shepparton, Ballarat, Preston, or Morwell for this role. However, **you will need to travel throughout Victoria as part of your duties.**
Key responsibilities include coordinating minor property alterations, conducting routine property inspections, monitoring maintenance requests and work orders, completing reactive maintenance works, monitoring contractor activities, approving work orders and processing invoices, tracking budgets and purchase orders, and complying with statutory and regulatory frameworks.
