**A Day in the Life**
As **_Design Coordinator_** for our growing business, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in developing compelling proposals that reflect the key messages of our customer focussed and competitive operational solutions. Working with Bid Managers and Business Development leads, you will have a clear understanding of our client’s requirements and key win themes, the ability and expertise to create bids and proposals which clearly articulate winning solutions and be a team player ready to join a progressive and exciting business. Your main focus will be to design, produce, format, print and dispatch high quality design concepts or project materials that may also include creative content for new business and retention bids and proposals. We are keen to hear from you if you have proven document management skills, can juggle several tasks at once and thrive on compressed deadlines and timelines
**Key Duties**
- Design, produce, format, print and dispatch high quality design concepts or project materials that may also include creative content for new business and retention bids and proposals.
- Manage work flow with adherence to strict timelines.
- Liaise closely with the leader, business owner or respective teams to ensure all information is received in a timely manner and in accordance with established Bid Team systems and procedures.
- Take a proactive lead in coordinating project requirements for maximum efficiency and end result effectiveness
- Liaise closely with Design Studio, other Bid Team members, Shared Service Departments and other managers within the Business Development Team to access best practice information, new innovations and corporate requirements.
- Gather information from areas of the business necessary to enable design or project completion.
- Assist in maintaining currency and accuracy of resources and tools within the Bid Team framework.
**The Person**
- Experience working on a range of opportunities (EOIs, RFTs, PPPs, consortium bids, etc.) is desirable
- Proven experience in writing successful proposals
- An ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) with the ability to interface credibly with peers
- Enthusiasm and drive to innovate and learn
