Criteria:
- Strong skills across the project life cycle with an emphasis on front end design - project inception through to design development
- Lead the creative process at a senior level, seeing work is delivered exceeding client brief
- People skills for involvement in client relations, collaborative engagement in team settings and coordinating external sources
- Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
- Revit native with excellent hands on skills + Rhino skills highly regarded
About you:
- Experience in Multi Residential / Hotel works to reflect current pipeline
- 8-10+ years of studio experience in Australian architecture
- Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
- A positive and committed attitude
