Who are we?
Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service stream maintenance, service stream utilities and WSP;to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

What are we looking for?
D4C is seeking a talented Team Assistant with a range of skills to join our team.
This role will provide administrative support to the Engineering & Design team.
The opportunities in this role / roles includes, but are not limited to:

- Provide general secretarial support to Design Leads
- Deliver team induction presentations and make new starters welcome
- Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes
- Manage time allocation for overhead activities across the team.
- Manage team competency records.
- Coordinate and organise training activities for staff - Assist with document control activities on projects
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications.
- Assist the general Engineering & Design team with ad-hoc duties as appropriate to the role

**Essential Requirements**:

- Driver's licence
- White Card
- Administration and document management practices
- Use of databases
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
