Calling out to an experienced Accounts Officer with experience in the
**construction industry **to take on this rewarding opportunity within a well-known property business.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Take ownership of the full-function Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- Verify accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and payment request
- Reconcile discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Day-to-day bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as needed

**Who you are**:

- Experience with ERP systems such as Cheops, or Jobpac or Procore advantageous
- Proven experience working in AP and AR related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in construction advantageous
