The Accounts Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial operations and contribute to its long-term financial sustainability. Good attention to detail and systems proficiency required to assist team to review invoice processing errors and update with correct data to ensure invoice is processed.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conducting thorough searches within the system to seek and validate information accurately
- Inputting data into the system for the purpose of invoice submission
- Engaging in effective communication within the internal team to validate data and make necessary amendments as required.
- Liaising with vendors/suppliers to verify data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the accounts payable process.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications (or commenced) in an accounting/finance-related discipline.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including reconciliation skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly financial spreadsheets.
