I am seeking an experienced Change Manager - Healthcare domain experience in Melbourne to take up a 3 months contract with a view of extension.
**Your day at NTT**
- A minimum 5 years experience in the change management domain.
- Experience in conducting business impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed and applicable actions.
- Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy that achieved efficiency in service delivery and realised sustained service improvement.
- Experience in working with change management tools and methodologies, developing a range of change and communications collateral including presentations and knowledge content. Experience managing communication impacts and requirements including communications with project stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing end to end change and communications process and implement new tools and processes to streamline (where appropriate).
- Experience developing various communication tools and packs including but not limited to communication plan on a page and communication schedule.
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Experience coordinating communication material to make it fit for purpose to the intended audience.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions and delivering training programs with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with senior management.
- Experience in the Victorian Public Health Sector is desirable
- Certification or formal qualifications in Change Management (i.e., CCMP, CMS, PROSCI) will be highly regarded.
