The role of the Change Manager is to design, coordinate and execute the Enterprise Change Strategy required to bring Bupa’s Data Transformation journey and new ways of working to life. You will literally be at the heart of it

You will work closely within the Change squad, Product Owners and Agile Release Train to support the implementation of a clear and integrated human centred design change, to ensure our people are embracing our new ways of working to unlock our new data culture and literacy required to bring Bupa data transformation journey to life. They will play a key role in ensuring any impacts are understood and planned for, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal change and communication execution and integration.

As an experienced change agent and practitioner of lean and agile ways of working you will be passionate about engaging people in change and committed to helping all Bupa employees thrive. This is both a strategic and hands-on change management role.

To be awesome in this role you should have a strong understanding of organisational change, and a proven ability to lead systems change within complex organisations. Ensuring change management professional standards are followed, you will build the change management capabilities across the organisation, implementing change management reporting metrics, and executive reports on change management. Working with Senior Leaders you will help build a lean/agile change capability that permeates through the organisation. In addition, you will foster the craft of others through direct people leadership of other change managers, and also through enterprise communities of practice and centres of expertise.

- Synthesise and communicate information related to change impacts & outcomes to key stakeholders, senior sponsors and relevant leadership teams
- Lead stakeholders to co-create a change vision & case for change, including strong facilitation skills
- Contribute to developing an organisational culture to be more adaptable, agile and customer centric
- Develop and lead the design and implementation of change strategies & plans in line with the complexity and speed of the change
- Identify risks and opportunities and present and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop an understanding of the stakeholder radar and analyse stakeholder impacts
- Lead and contribute to building change capability in leaders to enable better change outcomes
- Develop and lead strategies to drive awareness and staff engagement, including employee and customer experience, taking a persona-based approach
- Embrace a mindset of “test and learn” and adopt agile practices
- Understand the depth and breadth of change impact and design appropriate mitigation strategies
- Measure and support change readiness
- Optimise sustainable change effectiveness
- Develop the development of communications and key messages
- Develop learning and training strategies and/or plans

**Qualifications, Training and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in a Business, Communications, Organisational Development, HR or a related discipline; extensive professional experience in Change Management (required)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Communications, HR or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Project Management or Change Certification highly regarded
