**The team you'll be part of**

The Nokia field services team based out of Melbourne, Victoria. Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the team, engaging with regional subcontractors and local customer representatives. Providing 24/7 maintenance on Nokia customer network infrustructure.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Accountable for executing operational delivery for Field Services within the Network Operations and Projects delivery scope.
- Main responsibility to ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices.
- Ensures services delivery management based on the Nokia Operations Model, PMI principles and in full alignment with Nokia MoO and applicable BL guidelines.
- Line Management of all field resources, Ensuring OHS and readiness for projects across different business units.
- Operational management and governance of Nokia Subcontractor field services activities

- Manage a team of dynamic and driven field and support staff
- provide 24/7 support to field staff deployed across the network
- Work with key stakholders to maintain network performance
- Ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of all staff in alignment with Nokia policy

Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 10 years experience managing teams in a reactive maintenance environment
- 15 years technical experience operating, building or maintaining mobile network infrustructure
- Technical qualifications in alignment with mobile telecommunications infrustructure

It would be nice if you also had:

- Engineering qualification
- Customer and Stakeholder management experience

**What we offer**

Based in Melbourne, this role will have the ability to work from office and home locations. Travel also required into metro areas for meetings with teams, customers and also regional travel for subcontractor meetings
