As the Field Services & Continuity Manager, you'll lead Hills' national field operations, overseeing installation, support, and maintenance of Nurse Call, PES, and related systems. You'll manage fleet logistics, OH&S compliance, and ensure continuity readiness across all sites. You'll also drive performance reporting, asset accuracy, and team capability development, while championing a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage national field service teams to deliver high-quality onsite support
• Oversee Major Incident field resourcing, escalation, and resolution coordination
• Maintain CMDB and asset registers for accurate configuration tracking
• Manage fleet vehicles and logistics for national service coverage
• Ensure field teams maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products, and services
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance; escalate recurring issues to Finance
• Report OH&S incidents, continuity gaps, and operational risks to Finance and the COO
• Provide compliance evidence for OH&S, SLA/MSA, and operational audits
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across field operations and continuity planning
• Deliver national performance reports covering SLA, utilisation, fleet, and readiness metrics
Key Competencies
• Field Operations Leadership: Drive SLA achievement and service quality across national teams
• Incident Management: Lead Major Incident field response and escalation
• Asset & Config Management: Maintain CMDB and asset registers
• Continuity Planning: Mobilise and maintain continuity readiness across sites
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure OH&S compliance and site safety standards
• Supplier & Fleet Management: Oversee subcontractor performance and fleet utilisation
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with Finance, IT Ops, Warehouse, and Executives
• People Management: Mentor and develop regional supervisors and field technicians
Qualifications and Certifications
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/IT, Business, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Intermediate or Service Operations certification (preferred)
• Electrical licence and/or Cabling Licence (mandatory for specific tasks)
• OH&S Induction card and Working With Children Check (required)
• Leadership and people management experience (required)
