Talent Acquisition & HR - temporary assignment - Mascot - rate depending on experience
**Your new company**
Your new company is a niche start up in the rental business currently in a phase of growth. They are looking for the first person to join the HR team in the company that will grow alongside the business. The role is initially temporary for a period of approximately 6 months with a view to permanency.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Recruitment of a range of roles across call centres, finance and more across Australia
- Assisting with providing support for HR and recruitment for a business scaling up
- Visiting business sites and communicating with employees and stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Identify with the organisations values
- Be driven and ambitious to help the business achieve projected growth
- Have experience in recruitment across a range of portfolios end to end
- Be eager to learn and progress into a leadership role in the long-term
- Experience in Human Resources would be a distinct advantage

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will receive the opportunity to join an organisation as the first person to join the TA/HR function of this scaling business. The remuneration for this position is open depending on experience and the use of a car can be included as part of the package. There is parking on-site and you will be based in the Sydney Office 5 days per week to facilitate your own learning and development. Hybrid options may be available after the initial assignment.
