This role plays a key part within our dynamic and fast paced Talent Acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment support and advice across our Department.

You’re an experienced and adaptable talent acquisition advisor who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments. You take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, enjoy the momentum of quick wins, and are driven by a strong commitment to service excellence.
- **High-volume recruitment experience** - proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- **GSE expertise** - sound knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment rules and guidelines (highly desirable)
- **Self-sufficiency** - able to work with mínimal direction, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively
- **Team collaboration** - a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
